On Thursday Morning the staff woke the cadets up and got them to PT on the Upper Parade Field after which they fell into their flights for the morning formation and breakfast. The cadets split into their separate squadrons for classes on leadership, airpower, and possible careers. Next the squadrons met up again for Lunch and then 3 flights went back to the barracks for squadron inspection, testing everything they had learned about inspection all week.  The others took a class in cyber domain. Right before dinner, the two squadrons had drill and a Norwich orientation for a look into their future. After dinner the cadets went to The O-Course again for more team building.  After the O-course, the cadets practiced pass and review, in preparation for Sunday's graduation ceremony.  The cadets closed out the night with more flight time, to bring the flight closer together and focus more on teamwork within.
