Day 2 of NCOLS went very well for all of the students. The cadets started the day of with learning how to conduct a proper uniform inspection. They went on to classes covering effective teaching techniques as well as how to deal with conflicts and make ethical decisions. They wrapped up the day with drill practice and learning how to motivate others effectively.
