Saturday July 21, 2018 Day 6

Encampment and NCOLS

Encampment started their day with opening formation and the PT Challenge which would consist of team activities. Next, with their final inspection quickly approaching, the cadets prepared their rooms and blues uniforms. After brunch the cadets attended a class on the Cadet Journey which was presented by C/Maj DeBow, the Cadet NCOLS Commander and C/Capt Wood the Cadet Executive Officer. Graduation of the 2018 Summer Encampment would be tomorrow, and the cadets spent the remainder of their evening preparing accordingly.

Today the NCOLS cadets began their day with a game of ultimate football. The NCO's have been working all week as a flight to make a schedule for a squadron for a month. and they presented their final projects in the late morning. Final Boards of Review would put an end to a great week of learning, teamwork, individual responsibility, and growth in leadership.
