On the morning of Day 2, the NCOLS cadets woke up to their morning session of PT, which consisted of a game of ultimate Frisbee. Meanwhile the encampment cadets practiced drill in their respective flights. During morning formation, Delta flight of Squadron 39 received honor flight of the day. After a delicious breakfast, the encampment students went back to their barracks and had their first inspection while the NCOLS cadets had a class on motivation. Thirty-two cadets, sixteen in the morning and sixteen in the afternoon, had their first orientation flights. Wrapping up the morning, the Academy enjoyed water survival training and water PT, which was instructed by Technical Flight Officer Mitchell, while our lifeguards supervised. Bringing Day 2 to an end, NCOLS learned more about leadership, and also attended more classes while encampment participated in Drug Demand Reduction activities, flight time, and some informative activities.
