              This afternoon, the students finally arrived, said goodbye to their families, and are looking forward to the adventure of the week ahead. Upon arrival, the students were greeted by their flight staff and settled into their rooms. After they unpacked, the students went to Cabot for a quick safety briefing by Lt. Col Lamontagne. After that they went to the Upper Parade Grounds for the first official formation of Encampment, then went down to the chow hall where they had cheeseburgers and pasta. Later, they went back to the Upper Parade Grounds to work on drill and the Flight Staff assigned Guideon Bearers for the flights and gave a couple more classes before finally settling down for the night.
