Tuesday July 17, 2018 Day 2 

Encampment

​On Day 2 of the NH Wing Summer Academies, the Encampment Students cooled off with some time in the Norwich Pool. After that, they attended classes on subjects like: Time Management, Military Fighters, Bombers and Missiles, and CAP's Missions. The Cadet Staff performed the first of 5 major barrack and uniform inspections. The inspection results left students with a better understanding of how to best meet regulation standards.

​NCOLS began their busy day with an Ultimate Frisbee game to wake them up and get their blood flowing. They attended class sessions about Self-Discipline, Teaching Techniques, and Leadership Styles. Later, NCOLS practiced drilling flights of cadets and developing their leadership skills. A free swim at the end of the day was well-earned.
