Day zero,
The cadets arrive and are checked for contraband as they get assigned to flights that they will stay with for the rest of the week. After they meet with their wingmen and unpack the staff rushes them out for retreat formation, where they learn what to expect each morning and what positions they are in the flight. After dinner in the Norwich Chow hall the flight staff outlines their expectations for the cadets and they sign the honor agreement signifying their statement to learn and commit themselves to the week of Encampment.
