This morning Foxtrot Flight of Squadron 39 received honor flight of the day. NCOLS started off their day with a hike up Mt. Paine across from Norwich University's campus, while encampment had their third inspection. Following this, NCOLS had flight time, while encampment practiced Drill and Ceremonies with their flights. After a nutritious lunch, encampment enjoyed four different stations of "Team Leadership Problems" until dinner.  Meanwhile, NCOLS learned about self-discipline, and then role-played drill evaluations, which is where the cadets form up and practice drill, while other cadets evaluate their skills. This teaches cadets how to properly give constructive criticism.
The Academy will finish the night with more informative classes, including classes about CAP scholarships.
