Staff Arrival

     Cadet and senior staff arrived today and efficiently began preparing and making everything perfect for the cadets’ arrival tomorrow. Once checking in, finding their rooms, and unpacking they headed over to Webb hall for a required staff training and other briefings. Once the briefings and courses were over they split into their groups to discuss the tough week ahead.

     Flight sergeants and flight commanders got a lot of practice with drilling a flight. As they were drilling their flights they became more confident about their ability to drill. They all gave inputs on how to improve themselves and what they were doing well. New friendships were made over a very filling meal of pasta and hamburgers. After, there was more practice for flight sergeants and commanders then formation practice. Then off to the barracks to work on classes and to prepare for the next day.

I sense a lot of excitement among the staff about the upcoming week. They are ready for a week of learning, challenges, and hard work!
