All Encampment and NCOLS students are to arrive and check in to Norwich University on Sunday, July 17th between 1pm and 2pm for inprocessing, contraband check, and room assignments. Uniform for arrival is ABU's.

- As you approach campus, signs will be posted directing traffic to the northernmost entrance of campus near Plumley and Sabine Field.
- There will be a COVID checkpoint at the first intersection Cadets should be prepared for the following at this checkpoint:
- Temperature check - cadets will have their temperature taken with a touchless thermometer and need to have a temperature of 100.7 or below.
- Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test - Cadets will need to present their COVID vaccination card (16+) or negative COVID test (within the last 3 days) if under 16 or have an approved exemption.
- If the cadet is 16 or older; a proof of vaccine is required (unless the cadet is submitted an exemption request and that request was approved).
- If the cadet is under 16; proof of vaccine OR negative test result is required.
- Cadets over 16 with an APPROVED exemption need a negative test result.
- Cadets without proof of vaccination or recent negative test result will not be able to continue with inprocessing.
- Upon completion of these items, cadets will receive a wristband. The vehicle will proceed up the hill to the unloading and inprocessing area in front of Alumni Hall.
- Vehicles will remain in a single file line as they approach Alumni Hall. Cadets will be directed by staff when to unload their belongings and proceed inside to the inprocessing area.
- Parents/Caregivers will not enter Alumni Hall and will be directed to proceed forward past the building and directed towards the campus exit.
- In rare circumstances, parents/caregivers may be asked to come inside to resolve any paperwork issues. In this case, our staff will direct you to a place to park.

From the South: I-91 to I-89 to Vermont Exit 5. At the stop sign, take a left onto Route 64. Follow to junction of Routes 64 and 12. Bear right onto Route 12 north. Follow for 2 miles. The university will be on your left. Take the second entrance. Roberts Hall (Admissions) will be on the immediate left as you enter campus. From the Southeast: I-93 to I-89 to Vermont exit 5. At the stop sign, take a left onto Route 64. Follow to junction of Routes 64 and 12. Bear right onto Route 12 north. Follow for 2 miles. The university will be on your left. Take the second entrance. Roberts Hall (Admissions) will be on the immediate left as you enter campus. From the Southwest and West: I-90 to I-91 to I-89 to Vermont exit 5. At the stop sign, take a left onto Route 64. Follow to junction of Routes 64 and 12. Bear right onto Route 12 north. Follow for 2 miles. The university will be on your left. Take the second entrance. Roberts Hall (Admissions) will be on the immediate left as you enter campus. From the North: I-89 south to Vermont exit 5. At the yield sign, bear right onto Route 64. Follow to junction of Routes 64 and 12. Bear right onto Route 12 north. Follow for 2 miles. The university will be on your left. Take the second entrance. Roberts Hall (Admissions) will be on the immediate left as you enter campus. For graduation, please park in the lots surrounding Roberts Hall and Plumley Armory located on the far right on the campus map. |
